Each balloon will be sent pre-filled with confetti, Just ready for you to fill up with air or helium and party. Fill balloon with air, tie it then rub with hands for greater static effect.

Not to impressed as far as i know the confetti is supposed to stick to the sides these just fall down. But thank you for the balloons.
