Free Internet with a cellphone!

I have just bought the information below and since I cannot use it, and the seller refused to refund me, I am selling it again.

Please note that I think this might not be legal, as things are never for free. Someone is paying... 

The information on sale

What you need is:
1) a cellphone that can take a Virgin Mobile SIM
2) a VM SIM card
3) a way to use your cell as a modem (cable or bluetooth)
4) the following instructions:

Please note that you will need a virgin simcard for this setting to work!

You can purchase a virgin sim at any cna!

Your simcard must have R.00. in the account for this to work if you have airtime it will take airtime!

1 : Install your cell phone as a modem.

2: Go to control panel /Phone and modem options and click modems then clck on your modem eg: Nokia 6280 modem and select properties and click on advanced paste this string into the emty space:

For nokia enter : AT+CGDCONT=,,"vdata"

For any other phone enter : at+cgdcont=1,"IP","vdata"

3: Apply all settings and now go to Network connections in control panel. Create a dial up connection Do not use any user name or password. The dial up number is *99#.

Save the connection.

4: Install opera web browser. (You can download opera from www.opera.com)

5: Dial your connection and you are connected!! Please note that virgin sometimes disconnects you but you can just dial again and you are on your way again.
