SHIPPING

Items are shipped with 48 hours after receiving full payment( excluding weekends and holidays).
Buyer should provide physical address for Door to Door Shipping.
Buyers should be in South Africa, Namibia, Swaziland and Lesotho only.
Buyers outside South Africa are responsible for custom taxes/import charges

Returns

In the event an item is faulty, buyer has 7 days from receipt of the item to contact us in order to request and exchange or return. All sales are final after 7 days from receipt of the item.
The costs of returning faulty items are payable by the user and only traceable shipping methods should be used.
Goods returned must be sent in the original packaging, with all accessories and in a resalable condition.
We do not accept returns for items that are physically damaged due to misuse or normal wear & tear.
A refund will be issued after the returned product has been inspected. In cases where packaging have been damaged or returned in poor and/or abused condition, a 10% handling fee will apply.
