Description:
DIY installation just plug the AC cord into the Eskom powered plug and connect the DC leads to the battery terminals (Red to the + Positive terminal and Black to the - Negative terminal.
Turn on the inverter for 1000watt continuous power (batteries not included) refer to quick start guide.

When Eskom power is on, the inverter uses Eskom power, and the smart charger will charge and maintain the battery (Deep Cycle flooded Lead acid, Gel or AGM. When Eskom power is off, the inverter will automatically transfer to battery power (10ms) and will supply 220Vac until the drawdown depletes the battery to 10.5Vdc will then sound alarm and shut down ( normally when the inverter shuts down the battery will recover to more than 10.5Vdc with no load and the inverter will auto-start. This will continue until it is turned off or the battery does not recover to above 10.5vdc.)
When Eskom Power is off the automatic switch (without delay or interruption 10ms) switches to battery inverter power UPS.
TBD 1000w UPS function is a Modified Sine Wave inverter that converts DC power to AC power for appliances, solar devices, and telecommunication equipment when there is no Eskom power. Its' high-speed built-in battery smart charger helps convert grid power into DC power for charging the batteries with the built-in 10 Amp smart charger. It works together with deep cycle batteries / Gel / AGM to provide uninterrupted power for a load of up to1000 watts (950va) continuous use( with a peak load of 1800w for 05seconds) output 7amp 3 pin flat-top plug plus a low voltage USB 5v socket. Short circuit protection is added to its' standard design. The cool casing and inner fan also help improve performance. Fan will be active when in use power inverter /charging (charging and balancing duration normaly twice the time than the discharge use).
1000w UPS modified auto-switching power transfer between Eskom and 12v battery storage in 20 milliseconds converting the output to 220Vac which is unnoticeable to most appliances.
