A direct fire .68 Cal Round which fires a 1 durometer rubber projectile.
Incapacitation Mechanism/Technology:
The PHANTOM “Rubber Projectiles”, produce a controlled & directed
incapacitation by Painful, blunt impact, trauma and excruciating pain.
The stinging effect caused is designed to result in behavior modifications
or retreat away from officers or immediate response to issued commands,
allowing escalation of force from a safe distance prior to use of lethal means.
This round can also be used as a safe re-usable target practice training round
