Shipping and general information:

Ordered items are shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the payment has been confirmed by BidorBuy.

Parcels are sent with Pep Store’s Paxi counter to counter (We send the ordered item from a Pep Stores and you collect the items from a Pep Stores on your side. Please allow at least the delivery lead time as indicated. Please make sure your area has a Pep Stores.

If you do not stay within the South African borders, please send your own courier to collect. We do not ship ordered items to neighbouring countries.

Normal Post Office postal services are not offered as method of transport.

If you require shipment with overnight services or express delivery, please contact us via BidorBuy for a quotation.

We will arrange for the item to be sent back to us the same way it was delivered.
