Please measure your area before ordering your Ledges to ensure they will fit. As soon as the product is used to be installed, you cant exchange the product. We also offer two sizes of ledges base to accommodate more items to be placed on the Ledge.

Lead time: 3-10 Ledges 5 - 7 working days. 11-30 Ledges 2 weeks and anything above 3 to 4 weeks.

Our Refunds and Exchanges Policy is all about making it simpler for you to return anything that's 'not quite right' by sending the product back to the provided address.

Order cancellations for Online Purchases
If you would like to cancel your order before delivery, please call us as soon as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched and has been handed over to our courier partner, we will only be able to initiate cancellation and a refund when the Items are back at our Fulfilment warehouse.
If we cannot stop the delivery, please do not accept the delivery, reject it and inform the driver that you had asked for a cancellation.
If you accepted the delivery, you have the right to return it once opened.
