This holecutting saw set is ideal for wood, plaster, plastic etc. Especially useful when installing decking lights and LED lighting kits.  For especially thick wood, a pilot hole may be drilled, allowing the holesaw to be used from either side using the pilot drill component. This should result in a perfect hole up to twice the depth of the hole saw.
