1. ER Devy reserves the right of ownership of all goods until payment is received in full.
2. The buyer shall ensure that all goods purchased are adequately insured for the full value thereof.
3. ER Devy will not be held liable for goods lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
4. All orders received must be paid for within 48HOURS of order date or the item will be relisted and a SNC (Sale Not Complete) will be filed with BIDorBUY.
5. Goods paid for and not collected will be kept for a maximum of 14 days from the payment date and thereafter it will be sold to defray expenses.
6. No Cheques accepted.
7. Cash deposits require an additional amount of R16.50 to cover banking charges.
8. Once goods are sent via freight/sapo and the customer has been given the tracking number, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the item.
9. No Refunds. Where applicable exchanges will only be considered based on the type of product purchased as well as the circumstances surrounding the problem with the product. 
10. No Collections, unless special arrangements have been made. 
11. All goods sold will be bound to the warranty terms as advertised at the time.
12. All goods are new unless stipulated otherwise.
