Terms and Conditions:
1) We guarantee yoursatisfaction with our gemstones. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receipt, simply return it to us in same condition you received it in, and we will issue you your choice of a refund or a credit in the full amount you paid plus the cost of your return postage cost to us, which must be by SAPO registered mail, and you will need to supply us with the tracking number. There is thus no need to leave neutral or negative feedback ever, as the above is a very simple solution if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.
2) SAPO registered mail:We supply you with your tracking number in BoB messages.It is your responsibility to follow your tracking (which you can track online from post office website) and in the event that you have not received your package within 10 days, you need to phone or visit your local post office and give them your tracking number to check for you. If you would like us to assist you in this regard, please feel free to contact us. Post office keeps tracking in their system for one month only. If your post office has not been able to locate your item after two weeks, you will need to inform us no later than 3 weeks after we have given your tracking number in BoB messages, so that we may investigate. Queries after this period will not be entertained. As part of your satisfaction guarantee, we cover confirmed loss by the SAPO also, so there is no need to pay for SAPO insurance. Simply follow our guideline above in checking your tracking, checking with the post office after 10 days, and informing us no later than 3 weeks after receiving your tracking number. Also, it is your responsibility to collect your parcel from the post office. Should you miss collection of your package and it be returned to us as uncollected, you will have to pay the shipping fee again for us to resend to you (your returned package will be put into another package that you may confirm it was indeed returned to us). You are also responsible for providing correct address to ship to. We will use your address as appears on Bob unless stated otherwise by you in BoB messages to us. Usually you will receive your package in under a week from date of posting if all is running smoothly at the post office, but this is purely dependent on how long the post office takes to deliver to you. Should it take longer than you are happy with, you are welcome to complain to the post office, not us, as we have no control whatsoever over their operations.
3) It is your responsibility to read the listing detail.Stone measurements are given in millimeters, which can easily enough be checked on a ruler before you purchase. Clarity is given as an indication, and may vary with certification. Please do not expect a flawless stone where SI clarity is given, for example. Photos are much larger than actual stones, and also serve to indicate clarity and colour, which may vary slightly with lighting conditions and the fact that some stones do not photograph very well, and we also try to give 360 degree video of our stones where possible. Stone descriptions are to give you as best an idea of the stone as we can. Again, refer to 1) above, as we want you to be happy with your purchase.
