130 YEAR OLD ANTIQUE STORYBOOK: Rex and Regina (1884 issue), award certificate dated 1886.

Description: STORYBOOK: "Rex and Regina" (also known as "The Song of the River"), written by EMMA MARSHALL in 1884. Published by JAMES NISBET & Co., and printed by BALLANTYNE PRESS of London. States that it is the "Third Thousand" (presumably referring to print).                                                                                                               Condition: Fair for its age, although it does need some TLC.                                                                                    Approximate size: 188mm x 132mm x 33mm thick.                                                                                                     Other: All the pages are there, none are torn or mutilated (as far as I can see), there is minor "frilling" on some pages.          EXTRA: On inside of front cover page, there is a certificate issued and signed by: The President, Natal Council of Education, in 1886!
