PLEASE NOTE
These two items were still new but it was initially shipped without proper packaging which led to the frame to be bent slightly. The frame of the ironing board is no longer straight and the legs do not balance on the floor. It can still be used as the top ironing part was not bent too much out of shape and the two legs on one side lost their plastic protectors which also contribute to the balance of the item. The item can still be used well and still have structural integrity, it can easily be bent back into proper shape.
