14ct Gold, Emerald, Ruby and Sapphire "Heart" Earrings

The vintage pair of large 14ct (585 grade) yellow gold stylised, heart-shaped earrings have pins and clips. They are set with natural emeralds, rubies and sapphires. Most of the stones are in rub-over settings but the round-cut emeralds are claw-set with raised surrounds.

There are five emeralds per earring (one oval-cut, approximately 6.0mm x 2.8mm - circa 0.30ct; three round-cut, approximately 2.0mm diameter circa 0.04ct each; and one round-cut approximately 1.8mm circa 0.025ct).

There are two rubies per earring (one oval-cut, approximately 3.8mm x 3.0mm circa 0.30ct; and one tapered baguette-cut, approximately 3mm x 2.0/1.5mm circa 0.10ct).

There are two blue sapphires per earring (one marquise-cut, approximately 6.0mm x 2.8mm circa 0.30ct; and one tapered baguette-cut approximately 3.0mm x 2.2/1.5mm circa 0.15ct).

One earring is marked "585"; the other is marked "14K".
