14ct Yellow and White Gold Pearl Drop Earrings

The modern, 14ct yellow gold drop earrings have poles and butterflies. There is an ovoid-shaped fresh-water pearl (5mm diameter; white; good lustre) mounted on each pole. A pendant, with a 7mm diameter, hollow, white gold bead (roughened finish) and two small yellow gold beads, is supported from the fitting holding the pearl. The butterflies are marked "14K".
