I received my Tracking number on Tue 18/12/07 via E-mail as promised, however, I kept phoning to track down the item after the 19/12/07. The first few days I was told that the item has not been sent out as yet by the sender, so I waited longer. I received the item on 08/01/08! That is 21 days later. I will gladly change the rating if provided with a substantial reason for the delay.AS PROMISED I CHANGED MY RATING, TO A HUGE NEGATIVE.YOU ARE EXTREMELY RUDE.
