You are looking at an inspirational 17.5cm bread and butter plate-One Fine Day.  Finely decorated Grey trees in the background, a bridge that separates them from the ornamental Cherry blossom trees. Pretty Pink blossoms and two birds [bluebirds or swallows] against a cream background. These blooming cherry blossom trees go hand in hand with the arrival of spring and are symbols of friendship and renewal.

The is a beautiful small plate by J & G Meakin, well known in the 20th century for the wares they produced between 1912 and 1963.  These colored accents of pinks, greys, natural brown, and creams will light up any gray and dull room décor, hence the "One Fine Day" Pattern name.   ;)
