2. Apply base coat on your nail
3. Choose the color nail polish which same color as the velvet color and apply, wait it dry. 4. Apply nail polish again and use tweezers put the velvet on your nail immediately.
5. Slightly press the nail surface and use the brush to sweep away the excess velvet.
6. Pour that excess velvet back into the bottle.
