1822 French pattern "Bancal" Heavy Cavalry Sabre. Has "Cyrillic" markings on Blade and on Hilt as well as a "V" military marking on the hilt. The blade has obviously seen some "use" as there are a number of edge nicks. I have not cleaned this sabre in any way.
