The map is an original 1838 issue and NOT a reproduction.

It measures 250mm x 325mm in total

This is a handlaid print on heavy paper stock, sections, including the border are hand coloured - as issued. The map is overall in excellent condition, with no tears or any real signs of aging overall. Binding marks at the very bottom. Published in Boston by Thomas Bradford and although not noted, it was likely engraved by George Washington Boynton as the two had a longstanding partnership in this regard.
