A fine used example of the 1841 Two Pence Blue from Great Britain, Stanley Gibbons (SG14h) , printed on thick blue paper, with characteristic white lines above "POSTAGE" and below "TWO PENCE". This line-engraved issue features a profile of Queen Victoria facing left, and is cancelled with a bold black "1844 Postmark type".
The stamp shows position letters QK in the lower corners, and exhibits full margins on three sides with a slightly close margin at left. Rich blue colour with excellent impression and well-centred design.
