Two volume set, 313 pages in the first volume, and 424 pages in the second volume. 68 exquisite hand coloured plates, all collated, complete, and in clean condition, as is the complete text. Black borders and decorations to clean red brick cloth boards. Bright gilt titles to front boards and spine, a little faded at base of spine. Spine extremities not frayed or bumped. See photos. . Light stains to the original yellow rear free endpapers. Front free yellow endpaper of volume 1 has a neat contemporary name. Two frontispiece portraits engraved and engraved vignettes on the half title pages. Overall in very good condition. 889 grammes.
