1882 Mortgage Indenture

Excellent Condition

The is an original 1882 Mortgage Indenture and NOT a reproduction. It has the original Stamp as recorded in the Office of the Register of the City and County of New York and original seal, still intact. The principles involved in the indenture were John & Susan Malloy to The German Savings Bank concerning a Mortgage for a parcel of land in New York City to the amount of $36 000.

It measures 530mm x 435 mm in total and 210mm x 90mm when completely folded(as shown)

The indenture in in excellent condition, the ink has not faded and is clearly legible. The document itself looks clear with the usual folds.
