1890'S ANTIQUE PUMP ORGAN MADE BY THE TABER ORGAN COMPANY. VERY RARE, ONLY ONE ON AUCTION MAYBE IN S.A. TODAY AND IT CAN BE YOURS STARTING AT ONLY R1-00. THE NOTES SEEMS TO BE STUCK, ONE CANDLE HOLDER IS MISSING, AND THE LID IS LOOSE. NO RESTORATION HAS BEEN DONE BY MYSELF AS THE NEW OWNER WILL HAVE IT PROBABLY RESTORED BY SOME PROFESSIONAL. THE CABINET SELF DOES NOT NEED A WHOLE LOT OF WORK, BUT I CAN'T REALLY TELL ON THE MUSICAL SIDE. SIZE; 108 X 105 X 59 CM.

SEE LINK BELOW FOR MORE INFO;

The Taber Organ Company was originally established as the Worcester Organ Company of Worcester, Massachusetts in 1875. In 1890 the name was changed to Taber Organ Company. The firm was known for building very elaborate, ornate organs which were at the height of lavish Victorian style. The musical quality of these organs was equally as impressive as their aesthetic appeal, and the firm enjoyed an excellent reputation. There is no mention of the firm after about 1910, indicating they went out of business shortly after the turn-of-the-century era.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CLOSE ANY OF OUR AUCTIONS AT ANY TIME. SO PLEASE PUT IN YOUR BIDS EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
