On offer is a high grade 1892 ZAR President Kruger Series Five Shillings.The coin was originally bought from The Coin Shoppe(Brian Hern) at the grade advertised.

1892  is the first year of issue of the ZAR Pres.Kruger Series coins and are popular amongst collectors.This is also the only year that the 5 shillings were minted and good quality coins are getting difficult to get hold of.The scarcity is reflected in the fast appreciation and of these coins which have nearly doubled on 4 years.

From Hern's Handbook 2007, UNC R25 000 and EF R10 000 compared to Hern's Handbook 2011 with UNC R40 000 and EF R25 000.
