A rare and highly sought-after early crown coin from the first official coinage of the Zuid-Afrikaansche Republiek (ZAR), struck in Berlin in 1892. This is the Double Shaft variety, featuring the original design with a wagon showing two disselbooms (shafts) on the coat of arms a version that was swiftly replaced due to design corrections, making this one especially collectible.
