1895 ZAR 3 Pence UNC-A bright ,blast-white satiny beauty NGC has designated `cleaned`-look at pics.

A super-rare ZAR issue in UNC,and seldom seen with this eye-appeal.This is one of those occasions when one can  feel quite justified in questioning NGCs  decision in arriving to this designation.There are absolutely ZERO hairlines that might suggest this coin was cleaned,and therefore if it was, certainly not harshly so, the fields display enough satin lustre to suggest a regrade attempt should at the very least be on the cards,in my opinion there is a very good chance this designation gets overturned.
