18ct Gold and Diamond Enhancer Pendant

The vintage 18ct yellow and white gold pendant enhancer has a domed, white gold centre, pave-set with 20 round, brilliant-cut, diamonds (varying from 1.8mm diameter circa 0.025ct to 2.5mm diameter circa 0.06ct circa 0.85ct total). The dome is surrounded by a grooved yellow gold rim. The pendant has a top loop (with clip) pave-set with six, round, brilliant-cut, diamonds (circa 0.15ct total) in line in a white gold centre, with yellow gold borders either side. The enhancer is unmarked but has been electronically scanned and is confirmed to be 18ct yellow and white gold.
