18ct Gold and Diamond "Heart" Enhancer Pendant

The vintage 18ct yellow and white gold heart-shaped pendant enhancer has a domed white gold centre, pave-set with 24 round, brilliant-cut, diamonds (approximately 2mm diameter - circa 0.03ct each circa 0.72ct total); and a pear-shaped element, above the heart, rub-over set with a pear-shaped diamond (approximately 6mm x 3.6mm circa 0.40ct). The enhancer has a grooved yellow gold rim surround. The enhancer is unmarked but has been electronically scanned and is confirmed to be 18ct yellow gold. NB The string of pearls shown in the images is for display purposes only and is not included.
