18ct Gold Red Gemstone and CZ Men's Horse Shoe Ring

Here we have a men's horse shoe shape 18ct gold and a red gemstone which I think is a ruby as it tested positive as a real gemstone on a gem tester, it is surrounded with white CZ. The ring is approx size "S" and weighs 20.1g without the red stone and is 20.4g including the red stone as shown in the picture. The ring is in very good condition, it just needs the stone to be reset. I am selling it as found with the loose stone. Please look at the pictures as they form part of the description.
