This modern 18ct yellow gold ring has a navette-shaped head set with a marquise-cut, deep-blue sapphire (approximately 5,2mm x 3.2mm circa 0.3ct). The sapphire is surrounded by eight round-cut diamonds (circa 0.03ct each - circa 0.24ct total). The ring is marked 18ct.
