Items may only be returned if they are damaged. On receipt of your returned parcel we will issue a replacement item and credit the postage amount to you. If a replacement item is not available we will refund the full amount paid, including postage. Please make sure you bid on the correct size, as we might not be able to exchange certain items due to limited stock.
