Based on the high-resolution photos, here is my assessment of the condition and grading which is subjective and this is my opinion based on my visual evidence: Please note that "grading" was not done by any professional organisation or person but solely by my references to catalogues and other information.
Obverse (Heads)
Liberty Figure: The profile of Liberty is fully outlined, but the internal details are gone. The hair is a flat silhouette, and the floral crown on the cap is just a smooth band.
Legends: The words RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE are fully visible and readable, though the letters are starting to "bleed" toward the rim in some spots.
Field/Surface: There is significant "pitting" or dark spots on the bronze. This is common for coins found in the ground (metal detecting) or stored in high humidity, which slightly lowers the eye appeal but doesn't change the technical grade of "Good."
Reverse (Tails)
Central Figures: This is the weakest part of the coin. The seated figure of the Republic and the child are mostly "flat" silhouettes. You can see their general shapes, but the finer details like the childs hammer, the olive branch, and the flag's folds are lost.
The Date: The date on this coin is its most significant feature for valuation. Despite the overall heavy wear on the coin's surfaces, most of the date remains clear except for the first digit of the date which is the 1 is lost.
Despite the wear, to the date 1901 the last three digits are surprisingly clear. This is the "saving grace" for this side, as the 1901 is a more desirable year than later dates.
Rim: The rim is very thin and, at the bottom near the date, it is beginning to wear into the design itself. This "rim-to-field" merging is what technically pulls this side down into a lower grade.
Authenticity:
I guarantee this coin to be authentic.
