1901 Mortgage Indenture

Damaged - Poor Condition

The is an original 1901 Mortgage Indenture and NOT a reproduction. It has the original Stamp as recorded in the Office of the Register of the City and County of New York and original seal, still intact. The principles involved in the indenture were Mr William Hall to the Title Guarantee and Trust Company concerning a Mortgage for a parcel of land in New York City to the amount of $165 000.

It measures 710 mm x 215 mm in total and 210mm x 90mm when completely folded(as shown)

The indenture in in good condition, the ink has not faded and is clearly legible. The document itself looks clear with the usual folds.
