Based on the high-resolution photos, here is my assessment of the condition and grading which is subjective and this is my opinion based on my visual evidence: Please note that "grading" was not done by any professional organisation or person but solely by my references to catalogues and other information.

Obverse (Head Side):

Observations: The Kings portrait shows moderate wear. While the main outline is clear, the finer details in the hair above the ear and the textures of the beard have smoothed out. The legend (lettering) is fully legible and crisp against the rim.

Reverse (Britannia Side):

Observations: The reverse is slightly better than the obverse. Britannias helmet, the Union Jack on the shield, and the horizontal lines of the shield are still well-defined. There is visible wear on the "high points," specifically her right knee, the centre of the shield, and her hand holding the trident.

Value Factors:

Condition: Your coin has a nice, even chocolate-brown patina without significant "greening" (verdigris) or deep scratches, which helps its appeal.
