Excellent Condition

The is an original 1908 Mortgage Indenture and NOT a reproduction. It has the original Stamp as recorded in the Office of the Register of the City and County of New York and original seal, still intact. The principles involved in the indenture were William Casey to The Middletown Savings Bank concerning a Mortgage for a parcel of land in New York City to the amount of $30 000.

It measures 355mm x 215mm across three pages in total and 215mm x 90mm when completely folded(as shown)

The indenture in in excellent condition, the ink has not faded and is clearly legible. The document itself looks clear with the usual folds.
