1918 US Trench Knife L. F & C-1918 a very rare collectors item

So once again here is a very nice rare item on offer to you the collector of such items, this trench knife is a very sought after item, the grip is made from solid brass and the sheath is made from steel, on the sheath the following words are also inscribed L.F. & C 1918.

These trench knives were also carried by the paratroopers, the reason why I say this, they made the brass grip blunt on the two sides to prevent themselves from hurting themselves when they landed on their side and thus it would not dig into them.

I would hate to get into a fight with somebody that has this weapon in their hands, with the knuckle buster as well as the sharp pointed blade that can be driven into your flesh and you would end up been hacked to death in combat. Not forgetting been knocked on the skull with the other end of the grip.
