Original Wakefield Castrollo Can with fuel cap containig upper cylinder lubricant for mixing with fuel in old vintage cars.
This very original 1920's Wakefield Castrollo Can with it's classic fuel cap and still is approximately a quarter full of 'upper cylinder lubricant' ! The original green, white, black and red printing of the Wakefield Castrollo logo surround this Can which stands 130mm in height excluding the fuel cap, and 95mm wide with a side depth of 55mm.
Both sides contain printing which states " Refuse this can if seal is broke. Contains 1 pint enough to treat 80 gallons of fuel The cap of this tin when inverted forms a measure sufficient for mixing with 4 gallons of fuel. G.C. Wakefield & Co Ltd 46 Grovener Street London W.1"
