1923 A Manual of Surgery, Rose & Carlees

If you are 100 years old and a surgeon, you will no doubt have used this textbook.

This is a 10th. edition printed in 1923 and has 1560 pages plus extra pages at the end with photographs of X-rays taken showing various injuries and illnesses.

The cover has seen much use but the pages are in good condition.    Please excuse horrible pictures of an appendix.

This book is part of the University Series and at one time belonged to a student whose name is on the first page with the year 1923 he studied at the University of Liverpool.      There are also a few loose slips of paper on which he made notes about the subjects he studied. 

Size 215mm x 147mm x 70mm thick and weighs 2.2Kg.
