Bone China Small Tea Cup.Originally made to Commemorate the Birth of Queen Elizabeth 11 in 1926.
by Paragon China, Made in England.

Creamy white glaze with a Portrait of HM Queen Elizabeth 11 as a baby to the centre. and gilt rim.
The portrait is from a photo taken by Marcus Adams, photographer to the Royal Family.

On the front below the portrait are the words
'Our Empire's Little Princess
Born April 21st 1926'

Then to the right of the portrait are the words
'Copyright
Marcus Adams
Photographer'

On the reverse there is a nice clear backstamp with the words
'Reproduced by
Paragon China Co.
England
by special permission of
H.R.H.
Duchess of York.

The Duchess of York of course then went on to be known as The Queen Mother when Princess Elizabeth was Crowned Queen.
