Offered on this auction is this Japanese / Oriental Metal Vase.

This vase is decorated with a traditional Japanese pattern of a Sparrow sitting in Magnolia branches. The pattern is etched into the metal with painted gold accents on the Sparrow and some of the flowers.

This vase dates to the 1930's.

The Vase is 15.5 cm high, and has a diameter of 8 cm at its widest part.

This vase is in Very Good Condition.

There are no major dents (see photos).

The external finish has some scratches on.

The gilding on the body of the vase is Very Good.

There is a factory fault at the base of the neck.

I am in the process of downsizing and have listed other collectable items, which may be of interest.
