Very old pewter or maybe zinc ( not heavy enough to be lead ) British soldiers, there are 9 soldiers with rifles and then 1 with a bugle and 1 with sword that has lost its tip, their arms also move. They have lost a lot of paint and must have been well played with, but they really are unusual and very different from Brittians lead toys. I was told by the person I purchased them from and from an antique dealer that they thoughe that they were 1930's and maybe from Port Elizabeth. Each one stands approx 7.5cms high.

There are 11 of them and they are priced per soldier.

Thanks for the items as described. It is sad to have such a bad postal system in SA but we survive. Many thanks. A***
