Note to the buyer
Based on the high-resolution photos, here is my assessment of the condition and grading which is subjective and this is my opinion and based on my visual evidence Please note that "grading" was not done by any professional organisation or person but solely by my references to catalogues and other information. While I strive for accuracy, I cannot guarantee that all details and information are 100% correct.
Purchase decisions are made entirely at the buyers discretion.
Obverse (RF Side): XF (Extra Fine)
Details: The oak leaves are sharp and well-defined. The Phrygian cap shows very little wear, with the cockade detail still clearly visible.
Surface: There are some minor contact marks (bag marks), but the original luster is partially visible in the protected areas around the lettering.
Reverse (Value Side): XF (Extra Fine)
Details: The olive branch leaves are crisp with distinct veins. The lettering and the date "1938" are sharp and bold.
Surface: Even toning across the surface. There is a slight amount of "cabinet friction" on the highest points of the leaves, but no significant wear.
Overall Grade: XF-45 to AU-50 (About Uncirculated)
This is a very high-quality specimen. It has clearly seen very little time in actual circulation.
Authenticity:
I guarantee this coin to be authentic.
