1940's Couture Evening Ball Gown made from Aqua colored silk and antique lace

This amazing couture dress is in very good condition to excellent condition.
The size of the dress is not specified but it is probably a size 14- 16 or 38- 40.

The couture dress has been hand sewn and is a genuine late 1940's to early 1950's evening dress.
The Condition is as in the picture: very good to excellent. It has a skirt that is made of an aqua colored shining beautifully flowing silk with a low waist.

A very sexy " Charleston Dress Cut" typical for the 1940's.The back has a zip but over the zip is a long line of fabric covered handmade buttons of the same aqua green as the skirt.( for more pic just contact me).  

The sleeveless top is made from antique champagne/gold colored exquisite lace. The lace as well as the silk is in excellent condition.This is a dress that could be worn today on the red carpet. The cut, the style and the choice of materials are superb. All well taken care off dress. It can only be dry cleaned. And it makes you look slim.

Vintage condition means: one of a kind pre-worn/pre-loved items. There is likely to be some natural wear to garments, due to their age. Any imperfections will be listed in the description. I do not alter, change or restore items so I recommend to have clothes dry cleaned before wearing them.
