Here is a stunning decorative plate from Wedgwood in England. In the centre there is a picture that looks like water colour was used and then glazed. A broad green band encircles the plate. There is a white mark on the edge of the plate, please see pic, but this was made before the glazing. The plate is in excellent condition.
