Machine Age design at its best, almost like a flying bullet!1948 GEC Desk Fan designed by Leslie G. Roberts, in excellent condition except one rubber blade is torn (see photo), this can be repaired by some clever handyman! Nice long cord about 2 metres. It can also be wall mounted. Great as a decorative item too! In June 2011 a pair of these fans realised 815 Euros on auction at Christies in Paris, also check out the clip on youtube: 'Vintage electric fans rubber blades'. Postage R50.00 - heavy item.
