Offered here is a beautiful 1953 British Coronation Crown, issued to celebrate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. This iconic large crown coin features the Queen on horseback on the obverse, designed by the legendary Gillick, and a highly detailed shield and floral design on the reverse.

These crowns were struck as once-off commemorative pieces and remain one of the most collected QEII issues worldwide.
