The coin has been graded UNC DETAILS OBVERSE WHEEL MARK by NGC.
It is a brilliant Uncirculated coin and I expected it to grade MS65.
According to NGC the definition of a wheel mark:
WHEEL MARK - When a coin-counting machine has left a concentrated series of hairlines or a highly polished spot on a coin's surface.
This coin has a highly polished spot on the obverse, but it does not detract of the eye appeal and full lustre of the coin.
