This is a beautiful 1959 South African Crown (5 Shillings) in proof condition, graded PF65 by NGC. Struck in 50% silver, this coin is part of the Elizabeth II Union series, and with a very low proof mintage (~950), its a relatively scarce and collectible piece. The PF65 grade indicates its very well preserved excellent strike, attractive surfaces, and only minor handling marks if any.
