1960s Sheaffer Imperial 11 Touchdown filling system fountain pen

A lovely fountain pen by Sheaffer U.S.A
The pen has a black resin barrel and stainless steel cap with Sheaffer's white dot on the cap
The pen has a Touchdown filling system which uses a plunger to compress the ink
The rubber plug (sac) was very damaged, needs a new one, unfortunately I cannot see how the pen functions
The barrel has some surface scratches -no cracks
The cap has surface scratches no damage.
Fair to good condition
