Obverse:	Superimposed upon a laurel wreath, four cameo busts of National Party Prime Ministers all in jacket and tie, clockwise from the top: Dr. Hendrik F. Verwoerd, front; Dr. Daniel F. Malan, turned half left; Adv. Johannes G. Strydom, front; General J.B.M. Hertzog, turned slightly right. The makers mark, a script: B, to the left of Strydom.
Reverse:	In the centre, a large 50 flanked on the left and right by different Protea flowers. Above in an arc: DIE NASIONALE PARTY. Below in an arc: 1914 1964.
Notes:	250 silver and 1,500 bronze medals were produced.
